    Mount Pleasant is a comprehensive high school located in the northern suburbs of Wilmington, Delaware.  There are approximately 1150 students enrolled in grades 9 through 12.

  • Our Goal

    Mount Pleasant was the first public school in the state of Delaware to be accepted for the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. As an IB and AVID school, we continue to provide academic rigor at the highest level.  Our primary goal is to provide cross-curriculum opportunities that meet the diverse needs of our students.  Our students are taught to be self-directed learners who contribute to a global society.
